Merpola.com currently offers FREE UK postage if you spend £30 or above. Live abroad? No problem! Spend £50.00 or more in our store to qualify. Just a little thank-you for supporting me and the products I make.

Shipping & Packaging

Items are generally despatched within 24-48 hours of purchase. Usually much sooner. You will be notified via email once your item has left Merpola's studio and is en route to your wardrobe. 

SHIPPING TO UK ADDRESSES:

We currently offer 1st Class Royal Mail delivery to UK postcodes for free if you spend above £30 in a single transaction, which means you should receive your item super quickly and super securely. Smaller orders start at £1.50 and scale up from there, depending on what & how many you're getting your mitts on. The exact price will be calculated at checkout. Any problems or queries just give me a shout.

SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES:

Postage options start from £3.50. You should receive your item within 14 working days, sometimes sooner depending on where you are in the world.

As there is no way to predict custom charges, I/we cannot take liability for them.

Returns & Exchanges

If you're unhappy with an item, or think a different size would suit you better please let me know by dropping off a message and then returning the item within 7 days of delivery, unworn with hang tag attached to the address provided after contacting.

 

Please note: Merpola cannot cover postage fees for returns without provable product defects. Please make sure you check the sizing chart so that you're not disappointed with the fit of your new purchase. In order to receive a full refund you must return the item in an unworn condition. If the hang tag, original packaging and any promotional item (including stickers) are missing or damaged, you may have the costs deducted from your refund. All being well, you should receive a refund as soon as it's been returned as arranged. Please read our terms and conditions for further guidance on shipping, returns and exchanges.
